Leading Operational Change
Students can earn a MicroCertificate to gain skills for their job and improve their resume.
Program Overview
The 6 credit hour Graduate MicroCertificate in Leading Operational Change is open to any student with an accredited bachelor’s degree. Leaders and managers face many organizational and individual barriers to change. Students gain specialized knowledge and skills to manage and lead change initiatives and communicate effectively to decision-makers and stakeholders.
This MicroCertificate, which can be added to your resume, is one step in an educational pathway that could lead to a master’s degree.
With the MS in Operations Management and the MS in Engineering Management, you can start with a two-course MicroCertificate, continue with additional MicroCertificates or four-course Graduate Certificates, then apply all courses to a 10-course graduate degree. You can obtain your first credential in as little as eight weeks.
