Dewey earned his BA from Memphis State University (now University of Memphis) and a MS in Operations Management from University of Arkansas (1996). Dewey has 33 years’ experience in both operations and service management, including 24 years at FedEx. He has worked in domestic and international divisions, while living in Memphis, TN and Brussels, Belgium. Dewey has also traveled extensively throughout Europe, the Far East, and North America. After retiring from FedEx in 2003, he began teaching full-time at a Memphis-area university. Since 1996, he has taught numerous ground, online, and hybrid courses.
