Matt earned his PhD in Systems Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology in 2015 with a dissertation focused on the integration of the holistic perspective of the systems engineering discipline with the mathematical reasoning prevalent throughout operations research. He was first introduced to decision analysis while earning his Masters of Technology Management degree from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton Business School (1998). He also holds BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University (1989) and NYU Polytechnic (1992) respectively. He currently serves as a supervisory systems engineer for a research and development organization of the U.S. Army.
