Victoria Tester is the youngest female to serve as Supply Chain Manager in the ABB NEMA business. Beginning as an intern, she was quickly promoted within the company to her current role at ABB’s Ozark facility, where she and her twelve-member team manage the supply chain of a 120-million-dollar manufacturing facility. This includes inventory management, sourcing material globally, and end to end order fulfillment from point of origin to point of consumption, that accounts for 70% of total sales value of the product manufactured in Ozark. She has mentored, developed and engaged with the next generation of talent, through ABB’s global apprenticeship program and the local high school youth apprentice program. Recently recognized by The Manufacturing Institute as a STEP Ahead Emerging Leader, Victoria was one of thirty women identified to be paving the way for the next generation through leadership, mentorship, and personal excellence. Victoria is passionate about manufacturing because it provides a challenging, fast-paced and ever-changing environment where she is committed to making a difference within ABB, as well as within her community.
