Kyle Sligar is Chief Credit Officer and portfolio manager of SWS Capital Management, LLC. Before his current role, he held the title of Managing Director and COO at Reich Brothers - a privately equity backed alternative investment firm in New York. Sligar scaled the lending platform from $8M to $200M with a 22percent internal rate of return on completed transactions. He was once head of credit and portfolio risk management for middle market finance and co-head of credit for asset backed finance with Citigroup Global Markets, and founded, built, and managed a middle market credit platform within Citigroup. Before then, Sligar held various roles with increasing responsibility at GE Capital in Connecticut. Sligar is active in the MSOM Alumni Society and a member of the Leadership Advisory Council for the Yale School of Medicine. After 25 years in the New York City area, Sligar relocated to Dallas, TX with his wife and two daughters.
