William "Randy" Roy is a retired information technology executive and operations management educator. As a Vice President with Federal Express Corporation, Roy led many large-scale information technology projects involving leading edge technologies of global scale and reach. After retiring from FedEx, Roy served as an instructor for the MSOM program developing and teaching courses in operations management. Roy credits his mid-career decision to pursue a master's degree in Operations Management as a key enabler for his promotion into senior management at FedEx. Roy is an avid astrophotographer and you can find him any clear evening in his backyard observatory photographing the night sky. Congratulations Randy!
