Lou Incrocci graduated from West Virginia University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. After graduation, he began his steel production career with National Steel in Granite City, IL. Incrocci held several positions with different responsibilities. In 1995, Incrocci joined Nucor Steel in Arkansas, where he worked as a mechanical maintenance supervisor. In 2011, he was promoted to the facility maintenance manager. During this time, Incrocci completed the MS in Operations Management. Since then, he has served as an interim Melt Shop Manager, spent eight months working with a DRI facility in Louisiana, and in January 2021, transitioned from the Maintenance Manager role to the Cold Mill #1 Operations Manager role.
