Brandon S. Floyd currently serves as the Assistant Director of Career & Professional Development. Brandon manages the Internship for Credit process and Peer Career Advisor team that provides career guidance to students. He also actively seeks, maintains, and fosters partnerships and relationships with employers to plan, implement, and manage programs to increase the number of opportunities for High Point University students to intern and work at quality local, national, and international organizations or attend graduate school. Prior to HPU, he was an NCAA Postgraduate Intern in Leadership Development, serving student-athletes, coaches, and administrators. Brandon values the importance of continuously connecting and engaging with unique and inspiring individuals throughout the Higher Ed and Collegiate Athletic industries throughout his professional experiences. Brandon’s goal is to share his experiences and knowledge to empower and educate those he meets with to instill the confidence and reassurance that they hold the key to elevating their overall quality of life.
